Loss and sympathy
Pain and missing
Empty and wordless

What did I say? Did we laugh? Joke around?
Did I say anything out of turn?
I'll go over it again. And again.
She's had a good life, a good innings
She would have wanted to go this way
Quick and done
She worried about a home!
She's had a good life
But what if I forget?
But what if I don't remember?
But what if I never see her again?
But what if I never get over it?
Emptiness and Pain
It's a real pain.
A real emptiness.
An ache I've felt this before.
A sorrow
