I feel exhausted physically and mentally.

I feel exhausted. I have nights when I can't sleep. Monday in to Tuesday I think I only slept two hours. Tossed and turned, listened to the kids pottering about, wide awake in the middle of the night. Tuned in to their worlds without wanting to. Not been able to block out the snoring. Not been able to stop it entering my mind. And once its in, I can't let it go. Slept on the sofa. Got a couple of hours. But woke to the noises of my husband getting up to start his day.

Last night wasn't bad. Couldn't fall asleep well at the start but don't remember been asleep, which is a good sign, as it means I was in deep sleep. I've always been a light sleeper but its been worse of late.

I feel exhausted. I feel physically exhaused and need time to rest and re-coup. Recharge my batteries, I need time to give back my body what it needs. I need time to relax and recharge.

I feel exhausted physically and mentally.

Well, I'll get up then and go to work! Haha!
