Control, it’s only there for protection.
Protection from yourself
Protection from you fear
Protection from your pain
Protection from the thing that needs addressing.
Control it’s a place to hide behind.
A place to get fixed upon.
If I’m in control then I won’t feel pain, I won’t be to blame.
Control it can make you sick.
