Day Twenty-six 'No sugar February'

We had two and half hours of pure human connection. Open, honest, vulnerable conversation.

What a wonderful day I had yesterday. Perfect in fact.

Pancake Day, I got up – did my mind explosion and then went downstairs and made pancakes for my children. I’ve never done that on a school day – it was lush. They sat at the table and at pancakes and were thankful.

The sky was blue, the sun was warm and fulfilling on my face.

I walked 4.1 miles, or so google says, to Designer Outlet to meet a friend. I didn’t intentionally do that; I was going to get the bus, but I kept on walking.

We had two and half hours of pure human connection. Open, honest, vulnerable conversation. We caught up on our busy lives, showed our love for each other and went our separate way. A well needed snippet of pure human connection.

I returned home to wonderful news that all is well with my stepdaughter first scan.

And finally, I took my theatre group to watch Crongton Knights at York theatre Royal, York.

Perfect Day. Thank You x
