Day Two 'No Sugar February'

I always thought I wasn’t good with change, but I think I actually need it.

I feel okay. Woke up hungry. I made sugar free banana bread and flapjack last night with Angie – I’m thankful for that.

I’ve had a large breakfast – banana bread and butter, followed by yogurt, frozen fruit and half flapjack sprinkled over the top. It felt good. The fruit was sour, and this was unusual for my taste buds but the thought that came into my brain was – sour fruit or food is good for your gut bacteria. So, I persevered on…

I’ve done the holiday let today for the first time in three weeks. Was okay really. I need change again.

I always thought I wasn’t good with change, but I think I actually need it. I didn’t mind doing the holiday let, its easy, quick, don’t have to think, I’m good at it and satisfying – a lot better than some jobs I’ve done. But I can’t do it forever – body bloody hurts – hip/back and that’s not good.

Food:

Breakfast – the above

Lunch – chicken soup (for the soul)

Tea – who knows, better get prepared or I’ll want to eat sugar!
